Prices

Starting from €200 p/week* Ask us about discounted price for stays longer than 2 weeks.

* Price is for the apartment per week not per person and does not include flights, transfers or insurance. As flights from the UK and Ireland are usually Wednesday or Saturday shorter breaks/10 day holidays/longer stays are available please ask for prices.

Optional Extras

Welcome Pack €15 - average contents are water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter and ham. If you require anything else please don't hesitate to ask. We will try to accommodate your requirements and you will be charged accordingly.

Payment Terms

If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum and the security deposit of €60 are then due eight weeks prior to the letting. Assuming there is no breakages or damage to the apartment the Breakage Deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after the rental period.

Booking subject to Terms and Conditions as outlined in the Booking Contract. Payments can be made in Sterling or Euro. The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking.
