Situated in Corralejo in the north of Fuerteventura, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, the property nestles in a quiet area surrounded by mature gardens and stunning central swimming pool. Ideal for sun seekers as the pool area receives plenty of canary sun. The apartment is set in a quiet part of the property and boasts a private front terrace with table and chairs. The lounge is furnished with a sofa (sleeps 1 adult or 2 children), chest of drawers, TV, DVD player, and a fan. There is a kitchen bar unit for 2, separate bathroom and a twin bedroom.
The complex is located in Corralejo close to all local amenities and enjoys a large swimming pool, a children's pool, gym and tennis courts. The new El Campanario Shopping Centre is only 5 minute walk away- which includes shops, movie rental, restaurants and bars. The town centre and beach are a 15 minute walk, the Baku Family Park (including water park) is a 10 minutes walk away and a local supermarket is a 2 mere minute walk.
